The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. The account holder and the owner of the payment method must be the same person.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Slotmm is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with another person.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. A selfie with your NID or passport is required. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If multiple payment methods were used, withdrawals must first be made to each method in equal amounts. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Slotmm may freeze any transaction and is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.
Slotmm will never ask for your password, OTP, or banking details over the phone or via message. Any such request is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.
All Slotmm bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Each offer also carries its own specific conditions, which can be found in detail on the relevant promotion page.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after completing the required wagering (typically 10x–30x).
Each bonus has a set validity period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time. Cashback bonuses are generally exempt from this rule.
If bonus abuse is suspected, Slotmm reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.
Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
All bet and game outcomes on Slotmm are determined by an independently operated Random Number Generator (RNG) or live events. Slotmm does not interfere with the outcome of any game.
If the outcome of any sports event is disputed or cancelled, Slotmm will refund the stake for the affected bet. However, bets that have already been settled will not be reconsidered unless a technical error is proven.
The minimum bet on Slotmm is ৳10, and the maximum bet is set individually for each market. For live matches, any bet placed after a market closes will not be accepted and will be automatically voided. Slotmm reserves the right to adjust the maximum limit for any market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Slotmm. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate action:
